Edit: Startup Repair has failed multiple times on the old OS, the Root Cause it states is: Startup Repair has tried several times but still cannot determine the cause of the this contact form This would have saved some headache to have done this step first.I ran dism using the motherboard driver CD. This is, I believe, an OEM copy. Did you try installing the system's USB 3.0 drivers using the same procedure or just the chipset ones?
