I am using Windows 8.1 on my PC and I have WOL enabled from my BIOS and my LAN card settings and it works just fine. But with all the hybrid/hibernation sleep modes disabled, my pc still shuts off after a few mins of idling. Sorry, cant past a screen print to show the screen.
Useful link which helped me find out the problem. Thank God for such helps and those who make them. If the Wake Source says "Power Button," that indicates that the power button on the PC was pressed to wake it up--an action you most likely took yourself. Really ticked off by this situation.

However, I found a post on Microsoft's Support website that describes the same issue. Whatever your setup, now that you know what devices can wake your PC, you can head over to Device Manager to tell them not to. Success! It just won't wake the PC in order to do it.

I've disabled all hardware to wake, disabled automatic maintenance, and /lastwake doesn't give me anything now. Reason: Windows will execute 'NT TASK\Microsoft\Windows\UpdateOrchestrator\Reboot' scheduled task that requested waking the computer. No referral/affiliate-links. Really, I see no good reason to allow a laptop to wake from sleep by default when not connected to a power-supply. I reconnected the external wiring, and now it sleeps fine. I don't know if that relates to Windows update or McAfee. I don't think I changed it to be a one-time task, but that's what it is right now and I'm not sure if Windows Update modifies the trigger task when it solved PC with P7P55de-PRO and Windows 10 wakes up! And it doesn't happen on schedule.
