FYI- The recent user used a Toshiba laptop, not on the list. Double click on it to uninstall. Open up an Elevated Command Prompt. But, am unable to install update KB2670838 which I discovered is a prerequisite for IE-10. Version installed 11.0.9600.16428. I have never had issue with any other Microsoft update. Is the Optional Platform Update (KB2670838) problem related only to laptop and not PC?2.
