BSOD When Inserting A USB Pen Drive

I'm hoping that someone will have the opportunity to review my BSOD to make sure that it's not some other issue. I used to be able to do this in tweak ui on xp; biy do we miss that utility. All my devices/latest drivers are recognized by 7 rtm (ultimate) based from the device manager window and their properties and i have all the updates including the latest installed.
